Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for PRN 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, administering medications, and coordinating care with the team to deliver compassionate resident care.

Applicants must hold a Colorado LPN license, CPR certification, and pass state background checks. SNF/LTC experience is a plus, with a supportive, growth-oriented work environment and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check and criminal background check.
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• SNF/LTC experience a plus!
