Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in Cascades Casino, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic Lounge Server for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will deliver a personalized guest experience, promote events and products, and contribute to a lively dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience in a similar high-volume restaurant environment.
• Cash handling experience using a POS system or cashier register.
• Certifications in Serving It Right/ProServe/Smart Serve as applicable by province.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and demonstrates expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.
• Takes orders, expedites and serves food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
• Participates in promotional activities including social media, events and photo sessions.
• Introduces or presents live entertainment as required.
