Gateway Casinos is seeking a dynamic Lounge Server for a part-time role in Ontario. You will engage guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and participate in promotions to boost guest loyalty.

This fast-paced position offers flexible evenings and weekends in a national company with extensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar settings, cash handling experience, and relevant certifications (Serving It Right/ProServe).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Cash handling experience with POS systems.
• Serving It Right/Smart Serve/ProServe/Certs as applicable.
• World Host or similar customer service training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
• Participate in promotional activities including social media, events and photo sessions.
• Introduce or present live entertainment as required.
