Job summary

Wood Automotive Group in Okotoks is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to join our Okotoks Ford Lincoln team. This full-time role supports tire inventory, vehicle cleanliness, and lot organization to maximize space and efficiency.

You will move tires, monitor vehicle condition, assist with transportation to service and sublets, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tire inventory and moving tires to assigned storage areas
• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, shop, and lot
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes
• Support transportation logistics to sublets on sold cars
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
• Change license plates as required
• Provide safe and courteous transportation to and from the service department
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Additional duties as assigned

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lot Attendant to join our Okotoks Ford Lincoln team!

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with tire inventory and moving tires to assigned storage areas
• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, shop, and lot
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes
• Support transportation logistics to sublets on sold cars
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
• Change license plates as required
• Provide safe and courteous transportation to and from the service department
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Additional duties as assigned

• Valid AB driver’s license
• Clean 3-year driver's abstract
