Job Description :

We're seeking a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment in our stores. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in theft prevention, assisting store investigators, and operating CCTV technology to protect our associates, customers, and assets. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, engage with customers, and collaborate with a supportive team in a vibrant retail setting.

What You’ll Do :

• Support store operations by greeting customers, responding to alarms, and providing excellent customer service.
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud, assist investigators, and support legal actions.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and floor walking; collaborate with ORC Investigators.
• Report signals, support internal investigations, and work with law enforcement on external incidents.

About You :

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Loss Prevention, Military, Security, Law Enforcement, or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Security license required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with access to a vehicle and a good driving record.
