Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Loss Prevention Professional to maintain a safe and secure environment on the sales floor while acting as a brand ambassador. The role supports store operations by executing security controls, opening/closing procedures, and assisting with facilities and back‑of‑house tasks.

You will partner with store leadership to deter theft, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to security systems and protocols, enabling a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and basic computer skills required.
• Valid Security License and authorization to work in Canada.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail/security environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and ensure a high-quality in-store client experience.
• Implement and follow security systems, daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, investigate incidents, and respond to emergencies.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities communications.
• Support sales and service initiatives by aligning security operations with store goals and client engagement.
