Job summary

ReturnPro is seeking a Production Lead to supervise teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. You will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Qualifications

  • A high school qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Knowledge of health and safety laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach overhead.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
