Job summary

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular full-time Field Logistics Supervisor to lead the East Supply Chain Operations team in Brampton, ON. The role focuses on guiding transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and receiving activities to ensure materials and products are available when needed.

You will work closely with internal customers and frontline teams, driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while developing staff and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in logistics operations.
• Ability to coach, develop and support employee performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities with data for improvements.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop logistics team members to deliver safe, accountable, customer-focused results.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities to provide reliable service for internal customers.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and raise service levels.
• Balance resources and priorities to ensure efficient, fair operations aligned with business needs.
