Job summary

ESAB Mississauga is seeking a Logistics Support Intern to assist in inventory monitoring, forecasting, and replenishment. You will support procurement, purchase orders, and KPI reporting, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The role requires a degree in supply chain or related field, strong Excel skills, and an analytical mindset. Familiarity with Power BI or ERP systems is an asset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems is an asset.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory monitoring, forecasting and replenishment.
• Support procurement and purchase order tracking processes.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare KPI reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and master data.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation.
• Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency projects.
• Assist with demand planning and scheduling activities.
