Our client located in Brampton is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for their 3PL facility. Are you familiar with Amazon's ecosystem? Do you have customer facing experience coupled with a 3PL background?
Position Overview
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring clients achieve their business goals. This role oversees the customer success team, develops strategies to enhance the customer experience, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align services with their clients needs. Key Responsibilities
● Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing customer success team, onboarding team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
● Client Relationship Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and alignment with client objectives.
● Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align customer feedback with service enhancements
● Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer
● Upsell & Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth by collaborating with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommending additional services.
● Process Optimization: Streamline customer success operations through automation, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
● Experience: 5+ years in customer success within a logistics/3PL organization, account management, or related roles
● 3 years in a Leadership Role: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of building high-performing customer success organizations.
● Familiar with Amazon's ecosystem
● Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships.
● Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing customer data, deriving actionable insights, and using metrics to drive strategic decisions.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and executives effectively.
● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer success tools
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
