Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new accountsusinga strategic approach to increasing sales revenue and to drive growthwith prospects within a specific target of customers looking for 3PLWarehousing andTransportationservices.
  • Achieve growth goals assignedthrough cold calling, customer meetings and customer presentations.
  • Maintain administrative processes on a weekly basis, include but not limited to:various reports,zoho/CRM updates
  • Preparesaccount plans for all existing significant accounts, with QBR activity and reporting.
  • Responsible for servicing accounts, informationmanagement, monthly reporting, training,and meeting set targets.
  • Responsible for revenue attainment, customer satisfaction andrevenue retention.
  • Consult with new customers after sales or signed contracts to resolve problems and/or ongoing support and customer service.
  • Complete the new customer onboarding program and checklist detailing both customer and operational requirementsfor allnewkeyaccounts or significant expansion within existing accounts.
  • Knowledgeable about all services and benefits Remco can provide and educating customers. Provide clients with presentations (i.e. PowerPoint) on the benefits and uses of our services.
  • Understanding the operations side of the business to ensure there is a good match with thecustomer’sneeds and the services we provide.
  • Communicatewithoperations management on a regular basis.
  • Periodically assist in training and working with account supervisors/managersmanaging current customers.

Minimum requirements

  • University degree or equivalent college diploma in Logistics.
  • Successful sales experience in 3PL Brokerage is required.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Energetic, self-starter, and pleasant to talk too.
  • Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - with an emphasis on grammar and formatting for customer communication.
  • Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
  • Flexible to work in non-business hours.
  • Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site.
  • Able to work alone.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good liaison with all other departments.
  • Able to work in team.
