Job description

Our client is a well-established and growing Quebec manufacturing company that designs, produces, and ships quality solutions to its customers around the world. To support our international expansion, we are seeking a rigorous and experienced Logistics Coordinator with solid expertise in international customs regulations.

Your day-to-day work

1. Plan, coordinate, and track international shipments, from factory exit to customer delivery.
2. Manage all customs-related aspects: export/import documentation, codification, compliance, Incoterms, and country-by-country requirements.
3. Be the internal expert on customs regulations – advise the team on best practices and compliance requirements.
4. Work closely with carriers, brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
5. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining a high level of service.
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and the maintenance of KPIs.

What We're Looking For

1. Significant experience (10 years+) in international logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge of customs regulations.
3. Comfortable with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent judgment.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-sensitive environment.
6. Bilingualism (French/English) – essential for international exchanges.
