As a Responsable de la transformation logistique SAP, you will report to the Associate Director of Strategic Projects. You will be responsible for leading and executing the transformation of SAP Hana enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives for PWC and RTX.

You will design and implement comprehensive process maps that integrate seamlessly with our new ERP system, driving strategic improvements and operational efficiencies. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in ERP systems and implementation methodologies.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site. Some travel is required, approximately 20-25% of the time.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Integrate Best Practices: Coordinate and lead Logistics process mapping sessions and identify/incorporate best practices to meet the specific needs of all Pratt & Whitney Canada while aligning with the other RTX business units.

  • Process optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in ERP systems, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems by logistics teams, including training plans.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate and influence decision-makers on the status, benefits, and implications of the transformation project.

  • ERP integration: Oversee the integration of logistics processes into the new ERP system, ensuring that all required capabilities are effectively supported.

  • Performance monitoring: Define key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with ERP implementations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Operation Management, or Information Technology.

  • 10 years proven experience in Logistics Operations and/or Supply Chain.

  • Strong understanding of industry standard practices in logistics processes.

  • Proven knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).

  • Experience in leading process mapping sessions and good knowledge of MS-Visio.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment and requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
