Logistics Associate – Full‑Time, Permanent
Harry Rosen invites you to join our store team as a Logistics Associate. This role is full‑time and permanent, based in our Bloor St. location.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and Receiving Merchandise
- Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores.
- Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods.
- Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner.
- Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels and packing slips.
- Ship RTVs to warehouse in a timely manner.
- Order Fulfillment Support
- Picking e‑commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit‑per‑hour pick rates.
- Reply to Omni customer‑service emails.
- Ship re‑balancing requests.
- Manage all in‑transit, shipping, e‑commerce, and IST documentation.
- Backroom & Merchandise Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
- Maintain overall backroom standards, including merchandise and product maintenance.
- Support sales‑floor maintenance, ensuring merchandise reflects brand standards.
- Logistics Operations
- Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts.
- Support daily tasks and ad‑hoc projects as assigned by the Logistics Specialist.
- Assist with daily logistics functions and on‑floor activities.
- Identify, report, and troubleshoot common errors and discrepancies.
- Support daily tasks and ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment and in a logistics role.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management in a retail environment.
- Track record of attention to detail when processing incoming and outgoing merchandise in the shipping/receiving area.
- Championship in maintaining store merchandise and stock levels.
- Team player capable of working independently and collaboratively to achieve store goals.
- Accountable for ensuring all merchandise is received, scanned, and tagged appropriately.
- Willingness to work in the stock room within the retail store and collaborate with in‑store team members.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, move heavy boxes, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: $18.50 – $19.19 per hour + bonus.
