Job Description:

Job Summary

Reporting directly to Radar Customer Success, the role of Logistics Specialist will be part of the BlackBerry Radar business unit. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all transportation activities along with related business operations. Responsibilities include managing Radar transport shipments (inbound, outbound, air, ocean, truck), customs formalities, and facilitating sales order processing and fulfillment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Understanding transportation needs, volumes, and costs for the business unit.
• Managing and negotiating with carriers for cost-effective and quality service agreements.
• Supporting third-party logistics providers in shipment preparations across all modes.
• Implementing process improvements for data interchange and quality.
• Ensuring timely documentation for shipments.
• Coordinating with carriers for shipment planning and instructions.
• Monitoring and tracking shipments daily.
• Responding promptly to communications from internal and external partners.
• Maintaining good relationships with vendors and customers.

You will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation.
• Ability to manage complex shipments across all transportation modes.
• Understanding of transportation technologies.
• Experience resolving customs delays.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Asset Management and familiarity with customs regulations.
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies effectively and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with Dangerous Goods shipping is a plus.
