Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week office attendance at either our Kitchener, Ontario, or Walnut Creek, CA locations. We are seeking local candidates who do not require relocation.
Position Summary: The Logistics Invoice Specialist plays a key role in managing Canadian Solar’s freight audit and payment processes. This position is responsible for ensuring logistics providers are paid accurately and on time. The Specialist will work closely with service providers to define, implement, and oversee data exchanges that enhance control and transparency within the invoice lifecycle. Regular communication with carriers is essential to ensure timely receipt of all freight bills and supporting documentation, and to resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies.

Compensation and Benefits: Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus based on annual objectives. Benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, medical/dental/life/disability insurance, PTO, and sick days. This is a full-time position.
The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 USD, representing annual base salary only, excluding bonuses, incentives, or benefits. The range is subject to change.
