Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, logistics, change management, or project management is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement visual controls and standard work procedures.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Program activities across the division, working with stakeholders to maintain plans, support testing, and identify improvement opportunities.
