The role focuses on discovering, analyzing, and delivering technology-enabled solutions that create measurable business value, while coaching peers and contributing to standards across JDI IT. You will lead complex analysis initiatives, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and partner with solution design, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure business needs are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably within IT.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced facilitation, workshop, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Understand customer demand versus IT supply and help prioritize opportunities.
• Lead complex requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation activities.
• Investigate business problems and opportunities through process analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Develop business cases and support investment decision-making.
