Job summary

J.D. Irving, Limited (ICS) is seeking a Material Handler to support Industrial Commercial Supplies in Atlantic Canada. The role involves safely loading, unloading, sorting and moving shipments by hand or with handling equipment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

As part of a dedicated team, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, build safe pallets, and assist with loading for shipments. IC collaborates across divisions to deliver building materials and ensure safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Build safe pallets.
• Loads, unloads, replenishes and restocks various areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading on products for shipments and deliveries.
• Follows proper processes and completes paperwork for order picking, returns or identifying damaged goods.
• Learns about new products.
