Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is offering a 12-month placement year in Logistics Planning at its Goodwood site. You will collaborate with the logistics planning team on supply chain development, material flow, packaging, and process improvements.

A degree in logistics/manufacturing with strong analytical skills is expected, and Power BI/Excel knowledge is advantageous. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, contributing to NPI, series launches and logistics integration while developing

Qualifications

Studying towards a degree with some logistics or manufacturing content/module.
Strong analytical and logical capabilities.
Good knowledge of logistics or manufacturing processes.
General IT Skills (Desktop)
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel advantageous.
Excellent communications and social skills.
German language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Work with the logistics planning team on projects to develop supply chain, material flow planning, logistics structure and packaging for NPI and launches.
Contribute to VPS optimization, systems updates and process monitoring.
Support layout, supply, packaging and transport concepts and general quality improvements.
