Trican Well Service Ltd. is seeking a motivated Logistics Driver for the Hinton area. You will safely operate heavy trucks, support on-site activities, and uphold our safety-first culture in all tasks.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, collaboration with crew, and accurate documentation. Strong driving history, physical fitness, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's license required.
• High school diploma an asset.
• Safe driving skills; driver's abstract may be requested.
• Physically fit with heavy lifting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Skilled in problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate various large duty trucks over outdoor terrain and in all weather conditions.
• Attend pre-job safety meetings on location.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and complete required forms.
• Rig-in/out of equipment for travel and operation.
• Maintain safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Identify and report operational deficiencies.
• Assist in equipment maintenance as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of required paperwork.

LOGISTICS DRIVER– HINTON (HNT)

The Logistics Driver is responsible for the safe operation of equipment during their shift.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Trican’s core value, “We won’t put anyone in harm’s way” is the priority in all activities
• Operate various large duty trucks over outdoor terrain and through all weather conditions
• Attend pre-job safety meeting on location
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
• Perform rig-in/out of all equipment for travel
• Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues
• Consult with supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies
• Assist in all required equipment maintenance
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner

Experience & Skills:

• Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is required
• High school diploma is an asset
• Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested
• Physically fit – heavy lifting required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
