Job summary

Trican Well Service Ltd. is seeking a Fracturing Operator in Hinton, Alberta. The role focuses on safe operation of fracturing equipment during shifts, with emphasis on safety, communication, and reliability in all weather and terrain conditions.

The position supports on-site operations, requiring a valid driver’s license and potential heavy lifting, with industry-leading compensation and benefits as part of Trican’s extensive program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's license required.
• Pressure pumping experience preferred.
• High school diploma is an asset.
• Excellent safety and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely during the shift.
• Attend pre-job safety meetings on location.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required forms.
• Rig and rig out of equipment for travel and setup operations.
• Maintain effective communication with crew and supervisor.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements.
• Operate large-duty trucks on outdoor terrain in all weather.

FRACTURING OPERATOR – HINTON (HNT)

The Fracturing Operator isresponsible for the safe operation of equipment during the hours of theirshift.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure thatTrican’s core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
• Operate variouslarge duty trucks over outdoor terrain and through all weather conditions
• Attend pre-jobsafety meeting on location
• Perform pre andpost trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
• Perform rig-inand rig out of all equipment for travelOperate allequipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Establish andmaintain effective communication with colleagues
• Consult withsupervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies
• Assist in allrequired equipment maintenance
• Ensure jobquality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Tricancompany standards, government legislation, and customer requirements

Experience& Skills:

• Valid Class 1 or3 Drivers license is required
• Pressure pumpingexperience is preferred
• High schooldiploma is an asset
• Safe drivingskills; drivers abstract will be requested
• Physicallydemanding, heavy lifting required
