Responsibilities

• Oversee, proof of delivery, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of transportation management systems and reporting tools.
• Audit delivery transactions to verify load dates, pricing, volumes, locations, freight costs, and ancillary charges.
• Customs reconciliation and reporting.
• Support month-end close activities through accurate transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
