Canada Cartage is seeking an IT/Application Support Analyst to manage the portfolio of transportation applications from our Mississauga hub. You will be the go-to SME for internal initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and participate in terminal projects.

The role requires 5+ years in a support/analyst capacity within logistics, strong knowledge of TMS, and excellent problem-solving skills. Occasional travel to CCS facilities across Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Support Analyst/Business Analyst role within logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems integrated with related technologies.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and route IT incidents using the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and EDI teams to resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate IT deliverables for small to medium projects and document requirements.
• Lead testing activities and prepare training documentation.
