Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and resolve client issues and manage all incoming queries.
• Track and verify truck locations prior to delivery.
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers regarding delays and updates.
• Manage all customer orders in the warehouse system.
• Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings and pallet counts on active loads.
• Accounting support including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Safety support including daily electronic log audits.
