  • Act as backup for the Shipping Coordinator, including physical shipment preparation as needed
  • Issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) confirmations and manage the coordination of incoming and outgoing physical RMA shipments
  • Track RMA status and inventory, ensuring returned units are received, logged, and processed in a timely manner
  • Identify and recommend strategies to reduce shipping costs and improve supply chain processes and procedures
  • Liaise with sales, customer support, and warehouse teams to align on shipment timelines and customer requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, customs brokerage, or shipping/receiving, ideally with international/export shipments
