LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.

THE DETAILS

You’ll be joining our Winnipeg team in a permanent, full-time, on-site capacity.

Reporting to the Director of Procurement & Sales Operations, you’ll coordinate inventory transactions between EQ3 and our third-party logistics partners. You’ll help ensure products move accurately, efficiently, and on time while contributing to a positive delivery experience for our customers.

You’ll also:

• Prepare weekly shipping CSV files for EDI submission to third-party logistics partners.
• Coordinate store transfers, customer deliveries, and pickups.
• Monitor inventory records and help ensure accuracy across physical inventory and company systems.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and take the appropriate steps to investigate and resolve them.
• Assist with monthly inventory logs and communicate relevant information to the Compliance Officer.
• Coordinate the handling and transfer of AS IS inventory, including transfers from third-party warehouses to EQ3 outlet locations.
• Review open-order and aging-order reports and help ensure orders are completed accurately in STORIS.
• Ensure completed deliveries and pickups are properly processed and fulfilled each day.
• Follow up regularly with third-party logistics team leads to review service levels and customer expectations.
• Provide guidance regarding incomplete or partial deliveries.
• Audit and reconcile weekly third-party logistics invoices.
• Update delivery fulfillment information when required.
• Partner with Store Managers to support delivered-sales results.
• Communicate delivery issues to Customer Care and provide the necessary photographs and supporting information.
• Help ensure appropriate quality-assurance standards are followed when product packaging has been altered.
• Maintain positive working relationships with store leadership, delivery partners, Customer Care, and other internal teams.
• Participate in monthly meetings regarding new products, operational changes, quality concerns, and related topics.
• Help ensure stockrooms are organized and prepared for internal audits.
• Stay informed about applicable warehousing, material-handling, shipping, and health and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You have two years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, or a related role.
• You have experience working in a retail stockroom, warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics environment.
• You understand warehouse, transportation, inventory, and delivery-management processes.
• You are comfortable working with inventory-management software, databases, and related systems.
• Experience working with STORIS is considered a strong asset.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident investigating discrepancies.
• You use sound judgment when balancing operational requirements, costs, and customer needs.
• You can work independently while collaborating effectively with stores, Customer Care, and third-party partners.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in business, logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management is considered an asset.
• You can stand or walk for extended periods and safely lift products weighing up to 75 pounds, when required.
• You are available to work on-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
