Job summary

Scottynn Group in Brant, ON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Account Manager, coordinating truckload transportation and carrier communications to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

This in-office role requires strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and excellent time management; Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• High levels of organization and strong written/verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle high telephone call volumes in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Coordinate with carriers and drivers to monitor loading and freight transit times.
• Support Logistics Account Manager with updates and communications.
• Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System.
• Develop long-term relationships with drivers by providing excellent customer service.
• Proactively identify and solve issues with Logistics Account Manager.
• Work in-office from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
