Job summary

Chit Chats Express, Inc. in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into active clients.

You will build relationships, assess shipping needs, present Chit Chats solutions, and guide prospects through the decision process. The role reports to the Sales Manager – Business Development and focuses on growing revenue by turning opportunities into clients and coordinating handoffs to onboarding and account management.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in sales or business development in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Experience in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, marketplaces or small business services preferred
• B2B sales experience in logistics is an asset
• Comfortable with cold outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups, and client presentations

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, marketplace research, and reactivation campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, carriers, pain points, platforms, and service needs
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance requirements, and revenue potential
• Present Chit Chats services clearly and professionally, tailoring the conversation to each client’s needs
• Prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries, proposals, and follow-up materials
• Coordinate with Sales Manager, Data, Product, and Operations for pricing or service-fit questions
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and client information in CRM
• Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and deal stages
• Coordinate handoff to Onboarding and Account Management after close
• Identify client needs informing product and marketing opportunities
• Contribute to sales campaigns and market research initiatives
