Job summary

Chit Chats Express, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Ontario for a permanent, full-time role within Supply Chain and Logistics B2B. You will identify new business opportunities, qualify prospects, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

The position offers a base salary starting at CAD 60,000 per year with an incentive plan; full benefits after probation and opportunities to grow in a dynamic shipping company serving Canadian businesses.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, or sales support in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, marketplaces, or small business services is an asset.
• B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound and inbound leads and referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess shipping volume, carriers, needs and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects for commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance, and revenue potential.
• Present services clearly, tailoring the conversation to each client’s needs.
• Prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries, proposals, and follow-up materials.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager, Data, Product, and Operations on pricing questions.
• Maintain lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM.
• Track outreach, follow-ups, next steps and deal stages.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Account Management for smooth handoff after close.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Identify needs to inform future products, campaigns, or partnerships.
• Support sales campaigns, market research, and outreach initiatives.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, activation and revenue targets.
