Responsibilities

• Reception duties: answer calls, determine nature of business, direct accordingly.
• OS&D duties: identify over, short and misrouted freight and rectify.
• Trace freight: locate missing shipments, PODs and B/Ls, confirm delivery times.
• Adjust errors and complaints where applicable.
• Prepare and verify payroll and time cards for drivers.
• Assist with related projects as required.
