Job summary

TF Energy Solutions is a trusted logistics partner servicing customers across Canada and the United States. The company is hiring a Logistic Coordinator to join the growing team today. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the trucking transport industry.

You will enter orders in Truckmate, build manifests, dispatch drivers, and follow up until billing is completed. You will also dispatch deliveries, preplan freight for return trips, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the trucking/transportation field.
• Ability to communicate with drivers and customers effectively.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization to handle dispatch workflow.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the dispatch system and build manifests.
• Dispatch drivers and follow up until POD is in the system and ready for billing.
• Maintain communication with drivers and customers throughout the process.
• Preplan freight and manage return trips.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Logistic Coordinator you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into our dispatch system Truckmate and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, and preplanning freight for return trips.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, results-driven and a team player. In addition, you will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in the transportation field with 2yearsminimum experience required
• Experience and knowledge of Canadian and USshipping regulations and practices
• Deckexperience along with LTL shipping knowledge is considered is required
• Oil & Gas industry experience, including tubular pipe (OCTG) movements is required
• This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, result driven and a team player
• Successful building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• An expert at multi-tasking and effectively managing changing priorities
• High level of detail in performing tasks
• Proactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions
• Experience in Dispatch Systems Truckmateis considered an asset
