SOCi is hiring a Manager, Local Visibility Optimization, a senior SEO leader helping multi-location brands improve search visibility and local market intelligence. Based in Canada, this role reports across Product, CS, Sales, and Marketing to shape messaging and POV, while producing thought leadership content and representing the brand externally.

The role emphasizes developing frameworks, training cross-functional teams, and driving growth through superior local SEO performance, listings

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of SEO experience.
Experience with AEO and GEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Familiarity with SEO performance metrics for websites and listings.

Responsibilities

Define and refine the SEO narrative based on data and outcomes.
Translate market intelligence into actionable frameworks for teams and clients.
Collaborate with leadership to align POV with brand strategy and product positioning.
Maintain a library of insights and talking points for cross-functional storytelling.
Develop and maintain an SEO enablement program within Customer Success, including playbooks and benchmarks.
Lead paid local SEO consulting services and ensure deliverables meet targets.
Partner with CS to optimize listings and local pages strategy.
