Job summary

Digital Shift in Canada seeks a results-driven digital marketing strategist to manage a curated set of home-service client accounts. You will translate business goals into integrated strategies across SEO, Local Search, GBP, paid social, video, content, and email, coordinating internal specialists to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a client-facing account management role (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to translate client goals into integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Fluent in interpreting analytics dashboards and telling the ROI story to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for a curated portfolio of client accounts.
• Translate client business goals into integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, Local Search and Google Business Profile, Local AI Search, paid social, video, content, and email.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver on the strategy on time and within budget.
• Own the strategic roadmap for each account with 6–12 month growth plans.
• Manage client marketing budgets and monitor ROI across channels.
• Lead monthly reviews and quarterly strategy sessions with clients.
