Luxury Presence in Canada is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions for our real estate clients. This is a platform product that touches thousands of independent domains, influencing crawl, indexation, rendering, and measurements.

You will set strategy, ship with an engineering team, and establish defaults and safeguards to scale quality across the fleet while focusing on experimentation and migration quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combining SEO and product management.
• 3+ years shipping with engineering teams on platform work.
• Experience owning search for a multi-domain platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Own the technical foundations across rendering, crawl/index, and page performance.
• Productize recurring issues with better defaults and shared capabilities.
• Make client brands and listings legible to AI assistants and measure visibility.
• Run a real experimentation program with cohort testing and impact analysis.
• Own migration quality and regression prevention with automated checks.
• Collaborate with the next-gen website platform team for built-in search design.
• Set platform-level goals and report against them to leadership.
