Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver's license (manual transmission required).
• Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Clean CVOR and driver's abstract.
• Verifiable recent commercial driving experience (within the past 3 months to 1 year).
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions.
• Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 3 driving experience
• Strong knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding areas
• Ability to safely perform hand-bombing, including manual loading and unloading of freight, as required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across city routes.
• Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within Vancouver in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate reefer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Secure freight with straps, chains, and load bars per load-securing standards.
• Transport temperature-controlled goods following safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Accurately complete e-logs, inspection and delivery documents.
• Maintain compliance with hours-of-service, safety policies, and procedures.
• Adapt to variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs.
