Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver's license.
• Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Clean 5-year commercial driving abstract (≤3 demerits; ≤3 negative events).
• Verifiable recent commercial driving experience (past 3 months to 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and hours of service.
• Winter driving experience and BC mountain driving required.
• Open for night driving.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as required.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within western Canada in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across city/local routes | regional lanes
• Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within western Canada in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards
• Transport general freight in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork, and incident reports
• Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures
• Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required

Core Requirements

• Valid Class 1 driver's license
• Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 1 truck driving experience

• Previous experience operating specialized equipment, including tailgates, forklifts, power and manual pallet jacks, pump trucks, or Moffett's
