Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador for part-time, weekend shifts in local grocery stores. You will engage customers, sample products, and share brand messaging while meeting targets and maintaining a clean sampling station.

Training is provided; ability to stand for ~6 hours, work Saturdays and Sundays, and report via smartphone is required. Prior customer service, reliable transportation, and relevant certifications are assets.

Qualifications

• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to engage with shoppers and clearly share product messaging
• Stand for the full shift (about 6 hours) and help set up/teardown sampling station
• Smartphone with internet for reporting
• Professional representation of brands in a retail setting
• Vehicle access preferred
• Liquor certification (Smart Serve) is an asset
• Food Safety certification is an asset

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

RESPONIBILITIES

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
• Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
• Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
• Food Safety certification is an asset
