Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to promote products in local grocery stores, offer samples, and share key information with shoppers. Training is provided before your first shift.

Schedule includes weekend shifts with late afternoon hours; salary is $21/hour. You will maintain a sampling station, meet targets, and report after each shift while representing brands professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to approach consumers and communicate messaging.
• Stand for approx 6 hours and assist with setup/teardown.
• Smartphone with internet to complete reporting.
• Access to a vehicle; driving preferred.
• Liquor certification (Smart Serve) an asset.
• Food Safety certification an asset.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary:

• $21/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores
• Share key product information and answer customer questions
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
• Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
• Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
• Food Safety certification is an asset
