Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co. is hiring a Brand Ambassador for part-time, casual shifts in local grocery environments.

You will promote products, offer samples, and share key information with shoppers while meeting sampling targets and delivering engaging customer interactions. Training is provided before your first shift, and schedule highlights include Thursdays to Sundays with afternoon/evening hours in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available Thursday-Sunday (Thu–Sun)
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key product messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approx. 6 hours) and assist with setup/teardown of the sampling station
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
• Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred
• Liquor certification is an asset
• Food Safety certification is an asset

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
