Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers in local grocery stores, sample products, and share key information to drive interest. This permanent part-time role offers casual shifts throughout the year with training provided before your first shift.

You will work Thursday to Friday afternoons and weekend sessions, standing for about six hours, with reporting after each shift and a focus on friendly, professional brand representation.

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Access to a vehicle; driver preferred.
• Liquor certification (Smart Serve) is an asset.
• Food Safety certification is an asset.

• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

• $21/hour

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
• Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
• Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
• Food Safety certification is an asset
