Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co in Collingwood, Ontario is hiring a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers, sample products, and share key messaging at local grocery stores. This permanent part-time role offers casual shifts year-round, with training provided before your first shift.

Weekend availability is required to support busy periods. You will work 6-hour shifts, promote brands, and complete reporting after each shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to engage with shoppers and communicate key messages.
• Able to stand for long shifts and help with setup/teardown of sampling station.
• Access to a vehicle; Smart Serve and Food Safety certifications are assets.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores
• Share key product information and answer customer questions
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts)
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)
• Complete reporting after each shift

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available Saturday-Sunday
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
• Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
• Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
• Food Safety certification is an asset
