A Regular Day For You Will Include:

• Supporting customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
• Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Following credit policy rules closely to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
• Gathering loan information.
• Selling loan and protection products.
• Closing loans virtually and in person.
• Following up on past due customer accounts.
• Handling cash controls including payments.
• Engaging in personal training and development to enhance customer experience and build trust and loyalty.
