Job summary

Fairstone is hiring a Loan Consultant to drive loan and protection product sales while delivering exceptional service to clients. You will assess customer needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and manage the full sales process from application to closing—both in person and online.

We value a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and negotiation skills, plus at least one year of sales experience with targets.

About the role:

As a Loan Consultant, you'll play a key part in growing our business by:

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
