Job summary

Fairstone Bank in Canada is seeking a Loan Consultant to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta. You will actively promote loan and protection products, understand customer needs, and manage the full sales cycle from application to closing.

You will build lasting relationships through exceptional service, handle in-person and virtual interactions, and work toward personal and team sales targets while supporting clients with credit assessments and payment processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.

About The Role

As a Loan Consultant, you'll play a key part in growing our business by:
