Job summary

Fairstone is seeking a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to recommend financial solutions and manage the entire sales process, from application to closing, in person or virtually.

You will build strong relationships, stay focused on sales goals, perform credit assessments, process payments and manage overdue accounts, contributing to Fairstone's growth as Canada's leading

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
