Job summary

Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant to grow our lending business in Canada. You will actively promote loan and protection products, assess customer needs, and guide applicants through the entire process from application to closing.

This role emphasizes building trust, achieving sales targets, and delivering value with exceptional service. We look for a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and negotiation skills, plus at least one year of sales or customer service experience.

• Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
