Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business by promoting loan and protection products, assessing customer needs, and guiding the full sales process from application to closing. The role blends in-person and virtual interactions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong client relationships, work toward both personal and team targets, and perform credit assessments while managing payments and overdue accounts. A customer-first mindset is essential.

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

• Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
