Job summary

Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant in North Bay, Canada. You will promote loan and protection products, assess client needs, and guide customers through the full sales cycle from application to closing.

You will perform credit checks, process payments, and help manage overdue accounts while collaborating with the team to hit sales goals. A customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in finance, sales or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

What you can expect - pay & process:

Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
