Fairstone Bank is seeking a dedicated Loan Consultant to grow our consumer lending activity across our Canadian network. You will actively promote loan and protection products, assess client needs, and guide customers from application to closing with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

About the role:

As a Loan Consultant, you'll play a key part in growing our business by:

• Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
